Water That Moves Does Not Smell

In my efforts to continue promoting Qi Gong and Chinese medicine, including acupuncture here in St. Augustine
I’ve created a series of short clips for the lobby in my acupuncture practice, as a way to educate my patients through media, about the multiple benefits of the wonderful medicine I practice – Chinese Medicine.

The human body is more than 60 percent water.
Our blood is 92 percent water.
Our brain and muscles are 75 percent water.
Our bones are about 22 percent water.

An ancient Chinese proverb says: “water that moves, does not smell”

The primary goal of Chinese medicine is to promote the smooth flow of body fluids throughout the tissues and organs.

Stagnation leads to disease.

The Strength of Chinese medicine lies in preventing disease by promoting the circulation of vital fluids in the body through the following methods:

  • Qi Gong
  • Massage
  • Acupuncture
  • Nutrition
