Tai chi means different things to different groups of practitioners. To some, it is a self-cultivation system; others think of it as a martial arts and to many it is a form of therapy. I have embraced all the different views of this art and make a humble attempt to describe my experience of over 30 years of practice.  In this episode we take a look at the circulatory system and the concept of the 3 hearts.
