Tai Chi & Qi Gong


I am currently offering  Qi Gong and Tai Chi instruction in the Saint Augustine area.

The current curriculum is based on “Shen Fa” or “body methods”, that include jibengong or basic body skills, Kaimen gong or opening the joints routines, zhan zhuang or standing meditation.

My focus on teaching Qi Gong and Tai chi is on the improvement of health and developing functional fitness. One of the benefits of practicing Qi Gong is the overall effect on the fluid physiology of the body. When body fluids are stagnant, the body suffers. When there’s flow, the body enjoys health. This is the aim of Qi Gong and Tai chi: the enhancement of flow within the circulatory system.
