I love cantaloupes and melons in general. However, I have not juiced a cantaloupe until today. OMG! what a delicious drink that was.. My son loved it, the wife wants more and I’m getting me a case of these balls from heaven!
As I did some research on my library on cantaloupes, I find that they are the most nutritious of all fruits and that the rind should be juiced since that’s where the lion’s share of nutrients reside in this fruit. I’ll make sure I peel it next time.. My research also indicates that if you get organic cantaloupes, juice the whole thing seeds and all.. Yea!!
